About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ESRI / ArcGIS Developer. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise GIS solutions using the Esri ArcGIS platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, JavaScript API integrations, and geospatial application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
• Build and support web-based GIS applications using ArcGIS JavaScript APIs, SDKs, and REST services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable geospatial solutions.
• Support and optimize map services, feature services, and enterprise geodatabases.
• Integrate GIS platforms with enterprise systems, security frameworks, data pipelines, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex GIS-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and architectural enhancements.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of experience working with Esri ArcGIS technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise / ArcGIS Server.
• Experience with ArcGIS Online.
• Strong experience developing applications using ArcGIS JavaScript API or ArcGIS SDKs.
• Knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data management, and geodatabases.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or.NET development.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and web services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $85 – $90 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
