We just have one problem: the restaurant industry is booming and we need to find leaders who want to grow into a career with us. 

This is where you come in. The Manager Trainee will shadow a variety of roles in our location. You will be hands on learning the ins and outs of all positions in our location. If you successfully complete the program there may be opportunities for long term employment.

What Winning Looks Like: 

- Successfully rotate through each job duty. 

- Engage with guests and team members and promote your passion for the restaurant industry. 

- Ensure a consistent and quality experience for every guest every time.

Skills Needed to Win:

- Preferred, currently enrolled or completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant and Tourism Management, or related field. 

- Follow and Maintain All Health Code Regulation. 

- Ability to use and adapt to a multitude of softwares. 

- Enforce Rules and Regulations for Staff.

Chicken Salad Chick provides a delicious menu with a variety of 12 Chicken Salads, homemade sides, delicious soups, and great sandwiches. This location is one of the originals to the franchise and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.
