Job Description
You will manage essential financial tasks to support the accounting team. You are responsible for processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with month-end closings. Your ability to work with numbers and follow procedures ensures the integrity of financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate efforts with other departments to accommodate financial data requirements and requests
- Support the creation of financial reports for management evaluation
- Arrange financial records systematically for efficient retrieval and compliance
- Administer daily financial transactions to maintain accuracy in all entries
- Interact with team members to address inconsistencies and provide clarity on information
- Possess an Associate degree in a relevant field such as Accounting
- Keen eye for detail with strong organizational abilities
- Completed one year of work in accounting
- Prefer candidates with a basic bookkeeping certificate
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks software
