Job description includes: maintaining a well-organized and orderly deli area, monitoring the hot deli case and keeping stocked with fresh items, preparing food to company standards by following process cards, and cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils.

Required qualifications include: highly motivated self-starters, ability to work as part of a team, ability to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day, and ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications include: experience in a similar position and knowledge of food safety procedures.
