Marketing and Communications Lead

We are hiring a Marketing and Communications Lead to join the Catalpa Health team. The Marketing and Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications strategies that increase awareness of the clinic's pediatric behavioral health services and supports access to care for children, adolescents, and families. This position plays a key role in communicating the clinic's mission, services, and impact to families, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations. The Marketing and Communications Lead ensures that all messaging is accurate, compassionate, accessible, and aligned with the clinic's values and commitment to quality care. Develop compelling stories that demonstrate the organization's impact on children, adolescents, families, and the broader community. Manage the organization's social media presence, including content planning, creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement. Draft press releases, media pitches, talking points, articles, and other public relations materials. Maintain consistency of the organizations’ visual identity, messaging, and tone across communications. Develop or coordinate the creation of graphics, digital assets, presentations, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials. Develop internal communications that keep staff informed and engaged. Create newsletters, announcements, leadership communications, presentations, and other internal materials. Develop digital campaigns to promote services, educational resources, events, fundraising initiatives, and community programs. Manage communications projects from planning through completion, including timelines, approvals, stakeholders and deliverables. Education/Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 3-5 Years of experience working in marketing roles that include tactical and strategic work. Skills Needed Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and all levels of the organization. Excellent communicator, ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, verbally and in writing in both formal and informal settings with all organization stakeholders. Ability to effectively deliver presentations and training. Creative thinker with strong decision-making skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Experience managing social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and digital content. Familiarity with marketing analytics, content management systems, and design tools. Strong business acumen. Excellent attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining brand consistency, professionalism, and confidentiality.
