Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company committed to delivering the highest quality of care and service to patients requiring respiratory, diabetes, urology, maternity, and related medical support. Our product offerings include CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, off-the-shelf orthotics, and breast pumps. We treat every patient with professionalism, empathy, and attentiveness, working closely with the medical community to ensure the best possible care.

Job Purpose

The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business and growing referral volume while expanding the off-the-shelf (OTS) orthotic product category across both existing and new accounts. This role integrates clinical expertise with strategic sales execution to build referral partnerships and implement efficient patient-centered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business and expand referral volume for OTS orthotic solutions
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers
Develop and implement consignment closet programs
Establish workflows for ordering, fulfillment, and patient delivery
Provide clinical education and product support to providers
Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners
Track performance and identify growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with payer and documentation requirements
