Pay: $49.92 – $60.32 per hour Job Description CT Technologist Opportunity – Radiology Direct Hire | Full-Time | Evening Shift A healthcare organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time evening role. This position offers the opportunity to perform advanced diagnostic imaging while working alongside radiologists in a fast-paced clinical environment. The technologist will be responsible for patient care, imaging quality, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Position Overview • Permanent, full-time role • Evening shift • EPIC, RIS, and PACS imaging systems • Advanced CT imaging equipment • Exposure to routine and special imaging procedures Shift Details • Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Alternating weekends • On-call, holiday, and overtime coverage as needed Compensation & Incentives • Hourly range: $49.92 – $60.32 (based on experience) • Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities • Perform CT imaging and assist with special procedures • Prepare and position patients according to exam protocols • Assist radiologists during procedures as needed • Ensure proper radiation safety practices to minimize exposure • Review images for quality, accuracy, and completeness • Document procedures in EPIC, RIS, and PACS systems • Operate, maintain, and perform quality assurance on imaging equipment • Process images and create CDs as required • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment • Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff • Participate in emergency, on-call, and cross-shift coverage Requirements • Graduate of an accredited radiography program • ARRT Certification (RT) and CT Certification (Required) • New York State DOH Licensure or Limited Permit (Required) • CT imaging experience and knowledge of radiation physics • BLS Certification (AHA) – required or within 90 days of hire • IV certification per DOH requirements • Completion of continuing education requirements (24 CE credits every 2 years) Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for a CT Technologist seeking a stable evening schedule while working with advanced imaging technology in a collaborative and quality-focused environment.
