Summary

We are seeking an experienced  Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at a corporate fitness site in Downtown, Miami to conduct private and semi-private Pilates sessions. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, energetic, and entrepreneurial instructor ready to build their own book of clients and create their ideal schedule in a beautiful, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality private and semi-private Pilates Reformer sessions (sessions are typically 45 minutes). 
• Deliver personalized training programs that align with clients’ goals and needs
• Build, grow, and manage your client base with support from Kinema Fitness marketing and management teams
• Cultivate an inviting, positive environment that motivates clients and enhances their wellness journey
• Uphold Kinema Fitness’ 5-star hospitality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Stott Pilates Certification (preferred) or another nationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification to lead 1:1 and semi private sessions.
• CPR/AED Certification 
• Liability Insurance 
• A true go-getter with the drive to build their schedule and clientele from the ground up
• Exceptional professionalism, energy, and passion for delivering transformative client experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and retain clients
