Position: Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As an RN at Edenbrook, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our residents by assisting them with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. Job Description Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation. Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration. Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family. Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy. Are You Customer service orientated. A Licensed Practical Nurse—LPN, LVN, new grad LPN, nursing student, or LPN travel nurse or LPN travel contract seeking a permanent facility with great benefits. Experienced in long-term care (preferred). Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff. Requirements Love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile. Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program. Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Have a minimum of one year experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting. A natural problem solver.
