About the Role

KINA Logistics is looking for a dependable CDL-A Solo Driver to join our Solo1 program. If you value being home every day without sacrificing a solid paycheck and real benefits, this is the position for you.

What Your Day Looks Like

• 3 working days per week

• Home daily — every single day

• 100% drop and hook — no-touch freight, 53' trailers

• Trips run 12–14 hours — structured so you can rest and stay sharp

• Consistent freight all year long — no slow seasons

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$23/hr based on performance and tenure

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience with 53' tractor-trailers
• No felonies
• No major accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years
• Comfortable using technology (ELD, apps, communication tools)
• Strong communication with dispatch — proactive and reliable
