We are searching for a Leasing Associate to drive leasing traffic to the property and lease. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants. It’s a very simple job. Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end. Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property. Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover.
