Job Description

Lead regional construction operations with accountability for performance, profitability, and growth.
Drive business development efforts and expand market presence across targeted sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee preconstruction, project execution, and operational delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives.
Mentor, develop, and lead high-performing project and operational teams.
Ensure strong standards across safety, quality, risk management, and client satisfaction.
Support contract negotiations and overall operational strategy.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a strategic construction executive with extensive experience leading large-scale commercial construction operations and driving business growth. They will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep operational knowledge, and a proven track record delivering complex industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, or similarly sophisticated projects. Key qualifications include:

15+ years of leadership experience within commercial construction.
Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
Expertise in Design-Build project delivery and operational leadership.
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
