Position:  Soldering Specialist

Location:  Morrisville, NC

Pay: Starting at $23/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 1–3 years of soldering experience is required

Type:  Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 2nd Shift, 2:00pm to 10:30pm 

Greene Resources  is seeking a Soldering Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:

• Perform soldering operations on thermoelectric components and assemblies
• Solder, measure, test, repair, and assemble thermoelectric modules
• Maintain soldering tools and equipment
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wire diagrams
• Help technicians and operators complete product builds and repairs
• Attend training and certification classes for soldering
• Inspect soldered connections and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date computer databases (i.e., SPC, calibration, etc.)
• Perform basic electrical testing of thermoelectric devices

Position Requirements: 

• Knowledge of soldering techniques and equipment is required
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity required
• Microsoft Office experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to solder small components and wires is required
• Ability to use a microscope while soldering is required
• Exceptional verbal communication skills required
