Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, and healthcare SLP settings valued
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to integrate therapy goals into daily activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in speech-language pathology
