This position is for our Port Angeles location, specifically Marrow Stone Island - Rate of Pay: $23.00 - $23.50 Current Needs:Caregivers able to work Monday - Friday 5 pm - 9 pm.Driving is not requiredCaregivers able to do level 2 care and up - Assistance with bathing and toileting, transfers using gait belts, hoyers, cooking and cleaning etc.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be required to complete the training within 120 days.Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!Requirements18 years+Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.Ability to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving recordAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededFamily Resource Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
