Part-Time BCBA/Behavior Specialist

In this role, you’ll help design and implement behavior strategies that empower students while working in a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise is valued. You’ll have ongoing opportunities for professional growth and support from supervisors, all while making a meaningful impact every day.What You’ll DoConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Train and support classroom staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior strategiesMonitor student progress through data collection and analysisMaintain accurate documentation aligned with state guidelinesCollaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student successParticipate in meetings and contribute to student programming and planningSupport onboarding and intake processes for new studentsProvide guidance and mentorship to behavior assistantsTraining & SupportWe provide CPR certificationWe provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) trainingOngoing support and guidance from supervisorsWhat You BringMaster’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field (preferred)BCBA certification (or comparable)At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPassion for supporting students with behavioral needsBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage401(k) with company contributionsGenerous Paid Time Off + Paid HolidaysCompany-paid Life & Disability InsuranceTuition AssistanceEmployee Assistance ProgramEligibility to participate in Linwood’s Health, Vision, and Dental benefits program begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
