What You Will Be Doing Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking Sr. Contracts Management professional that supports the Applied Research (AR) - Dallas, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD AP), and Tactical Missile Advanced Programs (TMAP) Dallas Product Areas under the Advanced Programs (AP) line of business. Tasks include supporting proposal preparation, negotiations, contract administration, contract guidance and contract closeout; Reviews and evaluates customer requests for proposal/information or revisions to contracts; Assists with preparations of proposals, developing and review briefing packages, fact finding and negotiation; Assists with the creation and execution of multiple Intra-Lockheed Martin Work Transfer Agreements (IWTAs); Provides risk assessments and offers alternative approaches to mitigate risks, including alternative contractual language/clauses; Investigates and reconciles significant contract changes involving cost, specifications, schedules, etc. and advises management of contractual rights and responsibilities. Candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment as well as other duties assigned. Candidate should be a self-started who is detail and teamwork oriented. The candidate must be capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Responsibilities also include being the primary contact with US Government contracting officer and the DCMA administrative contracting officer.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
