Joining Accenture Consulting means you will learn,innovateand lead, and together we will improve the way the world works and lives.As a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice, you willbe responsible for: • Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives •Facilitatingdiscussions and workshops with senior level clients toevaluate the businessand technology at the strategic level • Managing large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters •Initiatingand leadingbusiness development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients •Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.•Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry,bringingoriginal thought and recommendation to industry leaders•Business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture’s valueto client growth and innovation• 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (i.e.,product, distributions,operations, investment technology, etc.) • Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industryEstablished relationships withleaders across the Asset Management industry• Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprint • Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements •Strong communicationskills and attention to detail •Previousmanagement consulting, program management,business advisoryexperience a plus •Alternatives, private investment, or sales distributionexpertisea plus• Bachelor's degreerequired, CPA and/or MBA a plus**PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTSAbility to contribute to a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral)and interpersonal skills Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
