Join a mission-driven primary care practice in eastern New York that serves a diverse community with a strong focus on accessible, patient-centered care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive family medicine services across the lifespan, support preventive care and chronic disease management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, with a competitive compensation package.

Trained in Family Medicine.
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine.
Strong experience providing comprehensive primary care across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
Excellent communication and patient education skills with a collaborative approach to care.
Active physician license and DEA registration.
