Registered Nurse - Medical Stepdown

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Stepdown Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered by team members, coordinate patient care with other departments, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN) Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, specialty experience Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, and kneeling as needed for nursing duties.
