In this role, you'll serve as a trusted mentor and role model, helping students build confidence, resilience, life skills, and healthy coping strategies. You'll facilitate therapeutic activities, support treatment goals, participate in recreational programming, and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Whether you're starting your career or building experience for graduate programs in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or behavioral health, this role offers hands‑on experience that makes a lasting impact. Pay: $ Shifts Available: 7am - 3pm 3pm - 11pm Why EOSIS?
