Shortage Control Lead - Full-Time

Burlington - - Responsibilities: Deter theft and shrinkage by maintaining a visible, authoritative presence in high-risk areas of the store; Engage with customers and associates to reinforce loss-prevention policies and procedures; Assist in training and developing Shortage Control Associates on shortage reduction programs; Monitor and audit store activities (e.g., POS transactions, bag checks, audits) and report indicators of external theft to leadership; Support inventory processes and partnerships with store leadership to reduce shortages and improve operational controls
