Assistant Nurse Manager of PACU: Inpatient Services

Job Summary An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced PACU Assistant Nurse Manager to join a nationally recognized healthcare organization in Silicon Valley. The role supports a busy Post Anesthesia Care Unit within a large acute care hospital, overseeing clinical operations, patient flow, staffing coordination, and quality initiatives to deliver exceptional perioperative patient care. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for a diverse surgical patient population. Coordinate patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and quality initiatives to ensure exceptional perioperative patient care. Partner with nurse leaders, interdisciplinary teams, and perioperative nursing leadership to support operational excellence and staff engagement. Ensure regulatory compliance and guide a dedicated team of perioperative nurses and health professionals. Qualifications Experience as an inpatient PACU leader or charge nurse within a large healthcare institution. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
