Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Job Type: Full Time | Nights $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Grad RNs, $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced RNs with a 2-year commitment for eligible candidates. More About Our Team Join our team in a 9-bed Intensive Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our unit operates on a 2:1 ratio with two Hospitalists, a Pulmonologist and Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Associate's degree required, BSN preferred. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
