Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

LTC Therapy: Worcester
Worcester, MA
$33–$36/hour

LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents in a skilled nursing setting while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

What You'll Do:

• Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, and balance activities
• Monitor resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate progress to the PT
• Encourage participation and support residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
