To support a growing network of mental health practitioners, the full-time Remote Licensed Professional Counselor will manage client care, accept insurance through automated processes, and utilize practice management software while maintaining a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Manage a caseload of clients, providing therapy and support remotely Utilize Headway's practice management software to streamline administrative tasks Collaborate with marketing teams to grow and promote the practice Required qualifications Masters Level Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S) licensure Active NPI Number and Individual Malpractice Insurance Experience in private practice or a willingness to launch one Commitment to providing accessible mental health care Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive community
