As Server Assistant, you are the backbone of our service rhythm — anticipating needs, maintaining pace, and ensuring that every guest experience flows seamlessly. Your attention to detail and care for presentation help create the timeless, polished feel that defines Our House. Whether resetting a table or supporting a server mid-course, your work ensures each moment feels effortless for our guests.

COMPENSATION:  

$11.35 Hourly + tips

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Support servers in providing efficient, elevated service throughout all stages of the guest experience. 

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables — resetting with precision and speed between seatings. 

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation. 

• Refill water, clear plates, and anticipate guest needs without prompting. 

• Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and leadership to ensure a cohesive service flow. 

• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the dining room and service stations. 

• Take ownership of your section — treating it as part of Our House, where excellence and teamwork thrive. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Prior experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred. 

• Strong work ethic and an eye for detail in presentation and timing. 

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. 

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. 

• Maintain a valid Food Handler’s Certification in the state of New York
