Account Coordinator

Coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty construction clients, the full-time Account Coordinator will prepare renewal solicitations, assist with marketing contractor renewals, and manage policy issuance processes while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Prepare and send renewal solicitations; coordinate client update calls with insurance carriers Manage policy and endorsement issuance process, ensuring accuracy and proper filing Prepare client presentation and proposal materials, including insurance summaries and confirmations Required qualifications Property and Casualty Insurance license (preferred or to be completed within 3 months of start date) Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment preferred Minimum of 1 year of insurance brokerage experience preferred Commercial insurance experience preferred Ability to learn and adopt technology systems and software applications
