Position Overview

As a Direct Care Professional, you'll help individuals maintain independence, develop life skills, and participate in their community while providing a safe and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support with personal care and routine activities

• Encourage independence and individual goal achievement

• Assist with community outings and recreational activities

• Support meal preparation and household responsibilities

• Administer and document medications as directed

• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

• Create positive, respectful relationships with residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus

• No experience required; training provided for the right candidates
