You may be involved in: Wellness and preventative medicine 30-minute consultations Internal medicine Diagnostics and treatment planning Soft tissue surgery if desired Client education and communication Personalised, Fear Free patient care Prefer Less Surgery? That's absolutely fine. Surgery is optional, allowing veterinarians to focus primarily on consultations, preventative care and internal medicine if that better suits their interests. There are also opportunities to see exotic species for veterinarians with an interest, although this is entirely optional. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be: A DVM or equivalent veterinary degree holder Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas Ideally 2+ years of small animal clinical experience Comfortable working independently when required Confident managing 30-minute consultations A strong communicator Passionate about personalised, high-quality patient care Collaborative and team-oriented Previous Fear Free experience or an interest in exotic animal medicine is welcomed but not essential.
