Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex architecture and design projects from concept through construction. The role oversees multiple project teams, coordinates with clients and consultants, and ensures projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with hands-on knowledge of CAD, Revit, and architectural design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for multiple architecture and design projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Manage client relationships, serve as primary point of contact, present project updates, and negotiate scope or change orders.
• Oversee design development, review drawings and technical documents, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform quality control and risk management activities, including constructability reviews and mitigation of project risks.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and design staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Manage procurement and contracting processes, review bids, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and present deliverables to stakeholders and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Ensure effective use of CAD, Revit, and other design tools in project workflows and promote best practices for BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive project management experience in architecture, design, or construction, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven technical proficiency in CAD and Revit; strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex design and construction projects from concept through completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid financial and contract management skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, AIA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and regulatory approval processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
