What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with prospective clients seeking life insurance solutions
• Help individuals and families protect their financial futures with appropriate coverage
• Manage applications, documentation, and client follow-up
• Build lasting client relationships and develop your business
• Participate in coaching, training, and leadership development
• Set ambitious production goals and take ownership of your results

Compensation & Growth

1099 Independent Contractor | Commission Only

This is not a traditional salaried position. It's a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for individuals who want the freedom to build their own business, develop leadership skills, and pursue earnings based on their production, all while being part of a supportive, growth focused team.

• Part-Time Estimated First-Year Earning Potential: $30,000–$60,000+ (15–20 hours/week)
• Full-Time Estimated First-Year Earning Potential: $84,000–$160,000+ (35–45 hours/week)
