Role Description: The Registered Dental Hygienist will provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including patient assessments, dental prophylaxis, and periodontal care. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medical and dental histories, taking and interpreting radiographs, and educating patients on individualized oral hygiene and disease prevention. The role involves close collaboration with dentists and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans and ensure consistent, high-quality patient care. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available with flexible workdays. Experienced hygienists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. This is an on-site position based in Kansas City, MO, requiring direct chairside interaction and active participation in clinical workflows and patient scheduling. Qualifications: Strong clinical skills in dentistry and dental care, with the ability to support comprehensive treatment plans. Proficiency in hygiene procedures and dental prophylaxis, including scaling, polishing, and preventive treatments. Knowledge of periodontal disease assessment and management, including patient education on risk factors and home care. Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain). Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members, and to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
