Assists in developing timelines and ensures adherence to deadlines. Manages financial aspects of projects and other administrative duties. Handles external correspondence and drafts reports and other communications. • Conducts administrative tasks, leads meetings, and drafts communications. Specifically triaging the institute director's inbox. • Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of assigned simultaneous, large, diverse, and complex projects. Coordinates with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Assists in developing a timeline and ensures adherence to all deadlines. Anticipates potential problems and adjusts project deliverables as needed. • Drafts and manages the project budget, ensures timely submission of vendor payment requests, manages expense reimbursements, and purchasing. • Tracks project progress and maintains accurate records and files; provides detailed reports to senior management. • Assists with selection, negotiation, and management of activities regarding external consults or vendors.
