• Spiritual Leadership: Ensure the school's Catholic identity permeates all aspects of campus life. Foster a community of prayer, liturgical participation, and service among students and staff.
• Instructional Excellence: Drive a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum. Mentor faculty through professional development and performance evaluation to ensure high-impact teaching.
• Strategic Enrollment & Advancement: Partner with the pastor and wider parish community to share the school's story, driving enrollment growth and securing the resources necessary for a thriving future.
• Operational Stewardship: Oversee the school's financial health, including budget management, facility safety, and compliance with diocesan and TCCED (Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops Education Department) standards.
• Community Engagement: Serve as the chief ambassador to parents, alumni, and the parish, building a cohesive and supportive "school family."

Qualifications

• Faith: A practicing Catholic in good standing with a profound commitment to Catholic education.
• Education: Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in classroom instruction and administrative leadership (Catholic school experience preferred).
• Certification: Valid Texas administrator's certificate (or eligibility for certification).
