Working in partnership with the Trauma Medical Director, this leader ensures the highest standards of care, compliance with state trauma system regulations, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.Direct the planning, development, and daily operations of the pediatric trauma programPartner with the Trauma Medical Director to maintain compliance with Florida Department of Health standardsDevelop and manage the program's operational budgetLead performance improvement initiatives focused on quality outcomes and patient safetyOversee trauma policies, protocols, and registry documentationProvide leadership for professional education and community outreach related to trauma servicesParticipate in local, regional, and state trauma system activitiesCurrent RN license in the State of Florida or Advance Practice Provider statusMaster's degree required.Minimum of three years of emergency and trauma experience; trauma system experience preferredProven leadership and team-building skillsStrong communication, organizational, and analytical abilitiesAmerican Heart Association BLS required upon hireMedical, Dental and Vision – Four levels of medical coverage are available, including fertility care and prescription drugs for associates and their families.Paid Time Off (PTO) – PTO will accrue according to your role and length of service.
