Registered Nurse Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality ambulatory care and outpatient nursing services in a fast-paced clinical setting. Deliver compassionate patient care while adhering to established protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and document medical histories accurately.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients on health management, medication use, and post-visit instructions.
  
  
• 
  Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  
  
• 
  Provide coverage during major holidays, including Christmas and New Year's, as scheduled.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Credentialed Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years recent experience in ambulatory or outpatient care.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in clinical assessments, patient education, and medication administration.
  
  
• 
  Possess BLS certification from AHA or equivalent.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including major holidays and weekends if required.
