Able to lead discussions, build consensus, and foster teamwork in interdisciplinary settings. Whether from a clinical or IIS background, demonstrates knowledge of healthcare workflows, including patient care processes, regulatory compliance, and data integrity, to optimize system performance. Knowledge of Healthcare IT Solutions and Interfacing: For IIS candidates, proficiency with IT solutions, data integration, and interfacing between systems. For clinical candidates, familiarity with EHR systems and technology used in care delivery, with an emphasis on improving the user experience and patient outcomes.
