Located just north of the Hill Country, this centrally positioned community along the I-35 corridor offers easy access to major metropolitan areas like Austin, Dallas, and Waco—without the congestion or high cost of living.

About Your Work

• Join a collaborative team of 16 physicians and 16 APPs.
• Practice located in Harker Heights.
• Outpatient-only, no weekends—no call.
• Clinic hours M-F, 8AM - 5PM.
• 36 patient-facing hours — 4 hours admin time.
• 18-20 patients per day.
• Quarterly Quality Incentive Plan.
• Ample clinic support to include dedicated MA, referrals and authorization team, and coding support.
• Service area of 500K.
• Easy access to a number of specialties including GI, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, etc.
• Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology.
