• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screenings
• Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and assist in their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions based on the number of meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
