What You'll Be Doing: Analyze and monitor IT systems, networks, and security protocols to ensure optimal performance and protection. Conduct system audits and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions. Support company-wide IT initiatives from software rollouts to cloud migration projects. Collaborate with IT Technicians and other stakeholders to implement improvements and streamline workflows. Troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware, software, cloud, and network environments. Generate reports and insights for leadership on system performance, security threats, and technology upgrades. Stay ahead of emerging IT trends, tools, and risks to keep Heritage at the forefront of innovation. What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, IT Support Specialist, Systems Analyst, or related role. Strong understanding of network administration, cybersecurity principles, cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and endpoint management. Skilled at diagnosing and resolving technical issues methodically and efficiently. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication skills capable of translating technical insights into actionable information for both technical and non‑technical teams. Highly organized and self‑motivated in a remote work setting. Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar.
