Customer Counter & Service Specialist
United Refrigeration
United Refrigeration, Inc. in Henderson, NV is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet customers, answer phones, and provide professional assistance. You will process orders, manage invoicing, credits, returns, and procurement to ensure accurate, timely service.
The role requires basic HVAC knowledge, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and proficiency with office equipment. You will support stock maintenance, loads/unloads, and participate in after-hours calls as needed.
