This position requires attention to detail when ensuring the casino is clean and up to standard. The position will require working a varied schedule that will include nights, holidays and weekends. Incumbent must demonstrate leadership qualities and have ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Director of Facilities with operations management, team member development, training, staffing and scheduling. In addition to, incumbent is responsible for the management of policies and procedures that support the Public Space department.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**May include but are not limited to:* Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks* Assign work, check quality, train workers* Order supplies and keep inventory* Cleaning and supervising EVS Attendants as they clean the areas of the casino* Ensure casino is properly sanitized and cleaned**QUALIFICATIONS:*** High school diploma or GED* Two (2) year college degree or additional equivalent experience* One (1) to three (3) years of supervising Public Space staff or related experience* Commercial cleaning experience is a plus**WORK ENVIRONMENT:*** Must be able to work in a smoking environment* Required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds**CLOSING:**The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
