Corporate Communications & Project Coordinator A well-established biotechnology company is seeking a Corporate Communications & Project Coordinator to support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a highly regarded organization while working on a variety of communications and cross-functional projects. Responsibilities Coordinate internal communications projects and manage timelines. Create, edit, and publish content on the company intranet (SharePoint). Assist with employee announcements, presentations, newsletters, and digital communications. Support digital signage, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, designers, and vendors to deliver communications materials. Track projects, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices. Monitor communications metrics and prepare reports. Provide general administrative and project support to the Corporate Communications team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, project coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
