Overview
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton. This role focuses on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty within a well‑established program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient‑centered care.
Responsibilities
The selected surgeon will perform elective primary and revision total joint procedures, contribute to the growth of orthopedic services, and support a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include operating room practice, perioperative support, and participation in quality improvement and clinical research initiatives.
Qualifications
- BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
- New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
- Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes
- Prior teaching experience is preferred

Compensation
Expected salary range: $705,000 to $914,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on educational background, skills, and professional experience.
