Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana (71105) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, plus one Friday per quarter

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing pediatric outpatient center in Shreveport, LA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, and passionate about working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Assess pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on improving daily living and functional skills
Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Create a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Louisiana OT licensure (or eligibility)
Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children is required
