Griswold Home Care for Franklin and Delaware Counties is seeking compassionate and dependable Overnight Caregivers to join our dedicated team serving seniors and adults in Columbus, OH, and surrounding communities in Franklin and Delaware Counties. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will provide essential support that enables clients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship, supervision, and reassurance during overnight hours Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks Offer medication reminders according to care plans Monitor client well-being and promptly report any changes in condition Follow individualized care plans and accurately document services provided Help ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass an Ohio BCI background check Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to client needs Preferred: Previous caregiving experience Preferred: Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), CNA, or STNA Preferred: Experience supporting seniors, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, or mobility assistance Preferred: Experience working overnight shifts Compensation $20.00 - $23.00 per hour , based on experience and assignment.
