Sr. Associate, Marketing Product Operations

About the RoleDoorDash's Product Marketing Operations team is the connective tissue between our Retention Marketing organization and the tools, systems, and data that power it. As a Sr. Associate, you'll become an expert in the tools our CRM operators use to build campaigns, then use that expertise to train operators, document how the tools work, and partner with Operators, Product, and Engineering to define requirements and influence the roadmap for existing and new tools.You'll make sure our CRM teams have everything they need for a frictionless process while building campaigns. The role also requires program management skills to support migrations to new tools, which may involve capacity planning, forecasting, adoption measurement, and building processes from scratch. This role is for an experienced CRM operator who wants to shape the tools operators use.What You'll DoBecome an expert in our CRM tools and how operators use them to build campaignsIdentify friction in our tooling and processes alongside CRM operatorsWork directly with Product and Engineering to define requirements and influence the roadmap for existing and new toolsCreate and maintain documentation for CRM operatorsDesign and deliver enablement and training so CRM teams have everything they need for a frictionless process while building campaignsProgram-manage migrations to new tools, including capacity planning and forecastingBuild processes from scratch where neededWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience as a CRM operator, building and launching campaigns in a CRM platformTechnical expertise in a CRM platform (Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, etc.)Experience creating documentation and training or enablement materials for internal teamsProgram management skills, including supporting migrations to new toolsAbility to partner with Product and Engineering teamsNice to HaveExperience writing internal documentation, training materials, or adoption playbooksExperience with capacity planning and forecastingExperience within a product or product marketing org; understands basic product GTM and interest in understanding a product roadmap.Experience working with DS/Analytics teamExperience working across multiple brands/audiences (e.g., consumer, B2B, international).We expect this position to be filled by 12/30/2026CompensationThe successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
