What You ll Do:
Provide OB hospitalist coverage at a busy, well-equipped facility.Manage labor and delivery patients, including emergent and scheduled cases.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.Document patient encounters and procedures accurately in EMR.Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.Cover wide age range populations, primarily patients over 12.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
What You Need:
CA medical license and OB hospitalist certification (or equivalent)NBCRNA certification requiredDEA and CSR (highly preferred and must be in place before start)BLS certificationPrior OB hospitalist experience (preferred but not mandatory)Strong communication and collaborative skills
