Strategic People Partner - HR Programs & Onboarding

CBRE seeks a People Business Partner to roll out HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the organization. You will support onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management while guiding managers on employee relations and investigations.

You will manage HR functions for a business unit, conduct trainings, and apply HR principles to complex assignments. Travel up to 40% monthly is required, with preference for proximity to major airports.
